Busy

I dun feel like blogging these few days~ The consequence of taking 6 modules, with a workload equivalating to 10 modules is beginning to surface. Its not coming at full force yet!!! It will some soon~ And I wun be gg on msn often le.... unless I've got some purposes...

Lastly, I will be gg KL on sat~ I am going alone, So if anything happen to me, please
let my parents know that I really love them very much,
let my brothers know that I do actually care for them alot though I always yell at them,
let my grandparents know that I do really cherish them though I am disrespectful at times,
let my relatives know that I really thank GOD for all of them,
let Adeline know that I thank her for being my longest lasting friend till date though we seldom meet-up,
let Jasmine know that I thank her for being my best pal since secondary sch,
let Yi Xuan know that I thank her for being there when I needed her since JC, though there were ups and downs in our friendship,
let Qiuping know that I am really sorry for always bullying and teasing her since JC,
let Celest know that I really thank her for her craziness and always bring laughter since JC, though I think she should not coop too much things to herself,
let Stephanie know that she is really till date the prettiest friend of mine, thank her for not forgetting me even after she migrate to Australia,
let Weiting know that I thank her experiencing the Mayday craze with me, all the queueing, all the ktvs and all the shouting, yelling in my car,
let Yongqi know that I thank her for always giving me advises in life, sharing nice canto music with me and of course showing me ard in HK,
let all the people from mdmd know that I really thank them for making me feel that coming to like Mayday is like joining in a big, great family, and enjoy my part on 10th Dec 2005,
let people from my church (aka FCBC) know that I thank them for their patience with me,
let my uni friends know that each and everyone of them contributed to make my uni life the most enjoyable times in my 21 yrs of life,
let my JC friends know that they are unique cos I dun have many friends in JC,
let my Sec sch friends know that they are the people whom I spent my craziest years with,
let my Pri sch friends know that they were the ones that mould me into whom I am today,
let all those who were hurt by me know that I am really sorry for the things I've done, however, I really did not do it on purpose, all hurts caused were unintentional,
let all those who dislike me know that for whatever reason they dislike me for, I am sorry that I did not change in time to get rid of the discomfort in their heart,

Lastly, let Mayday (where ever possible) that although I like them for only 9 mths, I thank them for all the wonderful songs they had produced that gave me lots comforts, for all the laughter they brought, for all the craze during their performances and all the friends I made because of them.

All these, are NOT the main point of this entry,
All these are meaningful only if anything happen to me k?

The main point is, fyi that I am really very busy recently and might not have time to blog and go on msn :p

知足 Just My Pride 最真杰作选2005

OK ppl!!! Its reviewing time!!!! haha..... I am only reviewing the new songs lah~ Cos since I am newbie among most of Mayday's fans, I dun have the 资格 to review other old songs. I dun even have those albums... ok! So here I go.....

1) 知足

词曲：阿信

Its a slow song, as I mentioned before, similar to 时光机. 编曲以钢琴为主，但也配上了吉他。 Its a very soothing and sad song. Its a song that will make you feel sad even without listening to the lyrics... And if you noe me, you will noe that I really like this song!!! haha...

Apart from the melody, I oso like the way Ashin deliver this song~ I like his phrasing!! the 拉音s and the 换气s were all very nicely done!!! oh man~ And I love the part where he cresendo significantly!! (its the part where he sang "那样的回忆，那么足够") the 那么 was sang louder than the rest! And can really feel the sadness in his tone!!!

I must say, Ashin really had a very good control of his voice while singing this song!!! And its so full of 感情!! Its definitely an improvement compared to 时光机.

2) 牙关

词：阿信 曲：怪兽

This song is more of a "Mayday-kind" of song. Its more heavy. Like what they themselves said, its a very manly song.

The intro of this song has a very heavy bass... hmm... Luckily its just the intro... still remember the incident of 让我照顾你... One part that I really like in this song is at the end of the 3rd chorus! I like the sliding sound of the bass erm... or issit the guitar? haha... anyway its that small, short part!! Very nice!!! haha...

Den oso, Ashin's singing is Woohoo~~ haha... I love the part after the 2nd chorus where he 拉音 for a long period and den his voice became rougher!!! kao~ Its so nice!!!
erm... but hor.... when he replaced his 虚音 with his..... erm.... 真音??, Its sounded abit 勉强 la~ but dun care! Its still nice! :p

3) 乱世浮生

词：阿信 曲：怪兽

Erm... This song is very J-pop (somemore its not the kind of Jpop I like ah~).. not even J-rock ah~ I basically dun really like this song...
But there is one thing I like!! Its the 和声... Especially the part that sings "经过了谁和谁相遇。。。" I dunno wat to call this part ah~ Cos its not bridge rite? maybe can call it the 1st verse of the chorus ba... This part is, to me, the best part of the whole song ah~

4) 恋爱-ing

词曲：阿信

Hmm.... I like this song the moment I heard it!! Its not exactly very Mayday, but it does has the Mayday feel in it!! haha... Its very 活泼 and summer!! Its very relaxing! Lively melody, creative lyrics!! hai~ A very Happy song in short!!! Its the sort of song that will liven ur day!!! So try listening to this song when you are feeling low ba~

The guitar solo is SUPER PRO can??? Shi Tou <-- orz

5）金多虾

词曲：阿信

This song is a hokkien song and its very summer oso!!! Its lyrics toks about friendship -- meaningful! I was quite surprise that the 1st verse is actually in Chinese. Can hear alot of their laughter and voices throughout the song!! haha.. some really quite funny!!! Wat interest me most is the whistle part!!! I really wonder who did it!!!
It is supposedly sang by all 5 of them, but I can only hear Ashin's and Guan You's voice ah~
Its basically a nice, sweet, meaningful song to sing to ur friends lah~ :)))

6) 麦来乱

词：阿信 曲: 怪兽

HEE :))) This song is like 牙关，with a Rock feel~ Its really very hokkien style lah~ There is a particular part that I am especially attracted to~ Its the part that sings "麦来乱 无缘的人 麦搁来乱 去爱别人"
Its really very very 感人!! The whole song just gave me this feel loh~ I really like this song sia~~
From 九号球 to 让我照顾你 and den to this! They are all on the top of my favourites list ah~ I really think Guai Shou's song-writing capability 一点都不比阿信逊色!!!

Back to Ashin's vocal, I think his 嘶吼 at the end of the 2nd chorus and the end of the last chorus are fantastic!!! haha... And the last verse!!! He sang it in a different tune! Kao~~ I like best when he does that!!!!!!

In all, I think Ashin's vocal had improved even more since 神的孩子都在跳舞. The whole mood of every song was very well-captured in his vocal! Its not like in the past, I feel lah~ his way of singing now has more varieties... From 温柔 to 俏皮 to 粗犷， they deviates more now...

One last thing to add!! Thats the Final Home 精华抢看版!!! I just wanna say that it nv fails to 感动 me everytime I watch it!!! EVERYTIME i watch it, I will just 起鸡皮圪塔!!! Especially when Ashin said "表演有尾声的时候，还好人生并不是。。。。。。。" my vision will just suddenly be blurred loh... Hai~ once again, Allow me to say this:

Can't wait for FINAL HOME SINGAPORE on 10th DEC 2005!!!!!!!!!!!!!

未来 -- 五月天的概念电影

如果时间真的可以倒流，你所经历过的将不会变的珍贵。。。

这是一句让我有很深感触的一句话。 两天前，听五月天的访谈时，听阿信提到，今天，看"未来"的时候，也听到。

一直以来，"时光机"都是我最最最喜欢的歌之一。 因为，我是一个常常希望自己可以搭时光机会到从前的人。 在我的生命里，有很多让我后悔的事 -- 后悔的决定， 后悔的行为， 后悔的话语。 我一直很希望能够有人再给我一次机会， 把这些后悔都删除掉。

但是， 听到这一句话的时候， 我开始领悟了。 真的，如果什么事都可以轻易地重来， 那不就什么价值也没有了吗？ 反正， 做错了， 还可以重来啊！所以错几次都无所谓。
如果真的是这样，大家不就永远都学不会从错误中吸取教训， 也学不会何谓珍惜了吗？

人们不是常常都说"回忆都是最美的"。 那也许是因为大家都明白回忆是不能再重来的吧。

所以， 我决定了！ 从现在开始， 我不会再说什么"如果时间可以倒流"或 "only if" 这种话。与其花时间去想这些不可能发生的事， 到不如用这些时间去回味那些我会不去的过去。 毕竟， 这些过去都是我生命中有价值的遗产阿~

Great Show

hmm.. Today wasn't exactly a Super nice/ super Lucky day..... Forgot totally about my Jap homework~ :p

From the moment I woke up, the thing that's in my mind was 五月天's "知足 Just My Pride 最真杰作选2005" I even ask to take my pocket money early from my mum!!! N YES!!! I got it!!!

Went school for 2hrs of lesson, den after that, I dashed down to Visma to get this long-awaited CD... I was so happy to see that they have both the Taiwan and Singapore version! So without much consideration, I took 2.. The uncle very good~ he say the Taiwan version is better for collection! But it doesn't have the vcd and the chinese version of Gong Lang leh~ So I decided to buy both! The uncle even gave me one of their poster. Its Shi Guang Ji tat era one lah~ But I still take!! haha... dun care 3x7=21!! He was quite paiseh that I went to buy both CDs... haha.. he very good wor~
Den the uncle went on to say that he already sell quite alot today le!!! haha.. I said Tat's good!! haha..... yeah!!! Hope the sales will be very very good!!!

I heard Gong Lang's chinese version!! Its really wasn't as bad as I thought!!! Its quite ok~ Cos some parts Ashin sang it differently~ So the feel was still ok~ Its above my expectation!!! :))))
So I was wrong... hai~ too little confident in them man~ hai hai hai~

I will give my review+comments on this album soon!!! Must let me go listen!!! hee~~ One thing worth noting!! Among the 6 new songs, Guai Shou wrote 3!!! hmm..... that's quite cool!!! Hope to see more of the other's compostions!!!

Oh~ Lastly Thanks to Yongqi coming to my church's Spook Show.. Hope she enjoyed it!!! ;) Cos personally, I really thought it was great!!! hee :)

Sucky day!!!

To start the day off, I realised one of my favourite skirt went missing!!!! And I couldn't find it anywhere!!! None of my family seen it! ARG~

Nx, I left my water bottle in an LT~ Although its just those kind of mineral water bottle, that one is different!!! That one was specially bought from China, with Leehom's pic on it!!! AARRGG~

Nx nx! I am officially broke today!!! I still haven't receive my cheques!!!! How to buy Mayday's CD tmr???!!!!!!!! AAARRRGGG~

Nx nx nx!!! I waited in the carpark for ONE hr, thinking that if I leave the carpark later, I dun have to pay the $6.70 carpark fees!!! But somehow the system turned clever!!! I still have to pay even if I leave at 7pm!!! Last time not like that one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAARRRRGGGG~~~~

This is the door eunuchs used.... Because there were said to be ppl of a very low class and has no rights to walk up the steps. 

This is a pearl that is placed directly on top the emperor's seat. It is said that if someone unrightful sits on the seat, this pearl will fall on him/her!!

Believe it or not!!! This is NOT Wang Li Hong!!!! Its just someone who looks like him!!! I know its not because if its really some celebrity, there will be their name/signature somewhere... but this one dun have! And if you look close enough, its really just someone that looks like Leehom... Amazing~~ 

YUCKS rite??? 1st thing I saw when I went to the supermarket's dried food section.... I am not going to eat Tong Yi's instant noodles anymore!!!!!!!!!! 

The very LKK taxi there.... You really need to be Highly-Skilled to drive in That place!!! Believe me!! Cos there are basically NO traffic rules!! NONE AT ALL!!!! really!!!!!

What If

Haha.... Its time for some grandmother story again.... As most of u noe, since I came to like Mayday, I got to know a bunch of ppl from the forum..... Relationship with them all these while had been quite good~ And I seriously think that its really good that I have come to know these friendly ppl! They really made me feel proud to be a Mayday fan.... But some events that took place recently trigger me to think of one thing~

What if one day I did "something wrong" and become an "outcast"? Good thing about a community is that you all will become close n united within the community.... But this could be a bad thing as well~ When things happened, and you will be forced to leave this whole community completely~ Isn't this sad?

I remembered someone being condem because she posted the "wrong" things on her blog.... So now, I dun even see her post anymore... hai~ I think she must be very sad now..... Hai~ sometimes I feel hor~ blogging can be quite a trouble-maker.. ha~

Having a whole bunch of ppl to watch Mayday together is GREAT!!! And as much as I enjoyed their company, I do miss those days where there were only me and wt.

Ok lah~ This is just some of my 感触 lah~

Lousy Week

This week had probably been the lousiest week since the beginning of the year~ So many stupid things happened!
(Since 2 weeks ago, my week begins on Saturday and ends on Saturday! 16 more weeks to 10th Dec 2005!!!!)

ONE: Had some misunderstandings with a close friend...... Which I dun even noe wat is it! So right now, I am very vex abt this thing! ARG~~

TWO: That stupid tutorial registration!!!! My time-table now clashes~~ And tutorial starts nx week!!!! Very troublesome ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THREE: Taking 6 modules is really terrible!!!!! Business Jap is really Killing me!!!!!! I dun normally complain about studies because it had nv really been the most impt in my life!! But this time round is different!!! I need to get a good CAP to go to honours!! I MUST NOT DISAPPOINT MY PARENTS!!! So can you imagine how great my pressure is? and its only 2nd week of sch!!!

FOUR: I am seriously broke this week!!! Totally no money!!!!!!!! Cos I have not receive my pay yet!!! Arg~~~

Hai~ Although all these were actually i myself 活该!! I myself brought all these upon myself ah~ I cannot blame anyone... hai~ I just pray that all these will be gone soon~

Tutorial Registration is Disgusting

I am totally very disgusted by this tutorial registration thingy~
Firstly, the CORS system was down the whole day~~
Now the manual registration is getting on my nerves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Initially I planned everything so nicely liao~ Den now, those inefficient staffs of NUS messed everything up!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARG~~~~

Just uploaded a series of pictures! I thought they are very very nice!!! And since I need to scan for meiyun, so must as well lah~
