The past 3 papers had been horrendous... Hai~~ All I ask for is just a pass man... :'(
But now its not the time to think abt it lah...
Just wanna wish all my friends good luck for their papers!!! Should be last 1 or 2~ So JIAYOU!!!
And I am excited and kind of worried at the same time.. I will be on a 1-day trip all alone...(really going to break my own personal record) And now going to airport to stay over.. Cos I dun wanna spend money taking cab, paying mid-nite charge..
So hope everything will be ok... And I will not be blur and get myself into trouble or any kind of undelightful situations... Till then~

Why issit such things always happen in my family? It used to be my 2nd brother... Now its my youngest brother! DAMN IT!!!

2days ago, went down to have a face-to-face talk with my youngest brother's basketball coach. I went there with the intention to flare at him! I am too implusive? Maybe~ But I had enough! Things are really getting out of hand... Now my youngest brother treat him like God! Obeys him 100%!!!My bro used to hate vege.. But now, because his coach says he should eat, he forced himself to do it... Now, due to mid-yr exams, basketball training has been called-off... But my bro is still coming home late almost everyday!!! The coach claims that he had been giving the team tuition! Ha!!!!! Tuition... He thinks I am brainless or what??? He thinks I have never been a student or what??? Tuition... Isn't that a chance to spend more time with each other???

Told my mum about it just now... She actually said I shouldn't have done that... She said that my bro's attitude in school had improved, all thanks to his coach!! KAO!!!! Can't she see the influence the stupid coach has on my brother, on her son? She must be thanking the coach for taking care of her beloved son while she's away... But can't she see the crack in the relationship between my bro and the entire family??? Today, the coach may have got positive influence over him... In the future?? Who knows what??? I am not saying that he will lead my bro astray... But my bro is now so Die-hard, can do whatever he says... Who is there to guarantee that my bro will not do everything for him?? Especially when he is in his teenage years... the most rebellious years... the years in which friends and brotherhood is everything!!!

Back to the tuition... I am so damn pissed when I got to know that the tuition was held in Macdonalds! And after 3 sessions of 3hrs of "tuition" They only completed one comprehension!!!
So TUITION??? TELL ME ABOUT IT!!!! Do I not know that when a bunch of friends get together and revise work in secondary schools, half the time or more it is chit-chatting?????

Let's tok a little about the coach~ He is on 28 yrs old!!!! Very young, very handsome! And therefore very ARROGANT!!! Dare ask my bro to show me what they had been doing for tuition! damn!!! If I could have taken a better look that after 6 hrs of tuition, they haven't even complete ONE comprehension! And he reprimanded my brother in front of me! Saying "your sister cares for you, she will be the one with you and not me", "you better listen to your sister", "if I know that you are giving her the respect, u will be suspended from the team" WAH KAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know how BUAY SONG I was?????? So, what the hell is he doing?? Ok, let me say this... IF he is sincerely saying all these for my brother's good, I will shake his hand, give him a hug and even a kiss! BUT!!!!! He is not!!!!! From his tone, from his facial expression, it is so damn bloody obvious he is flauting!!! Trying to tell me " Hey man look! I am having a much better control over your brother than you!". Later he went on saying "ok! As a player, your brother is indispensible, he is a very good player!" I was like... Do I need you to tell me that??????? No!!! I know how good he is... U think you are the only one??? You see!!! He is damn cunning lah!!!! Scold scold scold, but at the end of the day.. Just one simple, don't-need-to-be-responsible-of-it sentence, makes him realised that "hey! There is somebody who thinks highly of me!" Especially at this age... this just easily make my brother go cloud nine... This is what I would classify as 很會收買人心.

After that, he said "I heard you were Arts." I told him "yes! NUS Arts." (so??)
"oh~ I graduated from Arts as well.. about erm.. 3 yrs ago..." *roll eyes* SO??? LIKE I CARE??? Trying to find some sort of common ground so that we can talk in a less agressive tone?? Not a chance!!!
I replied "oh~ So you are from SA as well?" He said "oh~ I am not.. I was from HC, I am not an old boy, just here to help-out out of interest and doing a friend's favour " Ha!!! Gotcha!! Guess we have nothing much to talk about since you are not from SA!! And I dun give it a damn where you are from?? All I know is, you have seriously intruded into my young brother's life and as a resulf caused disturbance to MY FAMILY!!! And THIS is NOT something I am capable of tolerating!!! IF situation gets worse, I guess I will meet him again!!! And it will not be a "talk" anymore~

Whew~~~ Ok!! Now I feel super SHUANG!! Ok!! Back to my countdown timer...

Yeah man... I have been very slow~ Late by 5 days... Many have been toking about it on their blogs, ptt and forum... Initially din wanna say anything because I dun wanna think about it... Esp. after the long talk we had last sat-sun... I really feel that the issue is no longer about Ashin 單飛 or not... To me... It is... 我這些日子以來支持的到底是個什麽人啊？？？Kao... Super disappointed in myself....
Lots and lots of people (including myself of course) do not wish Ashin to go on his own.. cos it will sort of break up the spirit Mayday pocess as a whole... I agree... But... yes.. there is a but.....
But I will not go further... If not people will think that I am being bias towards Ashin again...
Now I can see misconceptions everywhere... Its up to you all to think, to say...

Was chatting with a friend from Taiwan, she was the one who bought Happy Birth Day~
Although we've never met, we somehow can chat quite abit~ I am really sad that she is not able to go HK Final Home just because she cannot find company... I thought we can actually finally meet up... :((( And although we only chatted on msn, I believe she's really a very nice, helpful and hard-working girl~ same age as me... Really hope to meet up with her in near future.

I almost forgot how we actually got to know each other.... Until she reminded me about this:

I actually helped her in doing a translation more than a year ago. And its only recently that she said that its actually her term paper~

Looking back, I am actually quite satisfied with this translation :ppppp haha~~ In fact I am like a 3rd person reading it... And I believe I am now not able to do it anymore... Why? I dunno...
Somehow I am too tired... I dun even remember what took me the time and effort to help her in the 1st place... Will there be one day I will just be tired about everything that I no longer know what's there in life I am interested in anymore?
Who knows... I hope not... 如果真的這樣，那還不如死了算了...

Wat a day man!!! Nearly accident...
Some car actually almost crash into mine ><
I was on the right most lane, driving towards NUS on Clementi... Den suddenly, this stupid car on my left got closer.. I thought it was just being a little unstable... But it got even CLOSER!!! So close that I have to do a sudden break to let it pass me... and of course together with the break, I gave a honk of my life!! Luckily there wasn't any car behind me, if not, thats it.... And IF i wasn't alert enough, THAT'S IT!!!

After the honk, the car den swirl back to its lane... the driver actually had his hand out of the window and say sorry to me... Den when I drove pass him, gave him a glare!! By right, I should forgive him since there's a P plate on that car... But when I saw him... seriously, he dun look like he just got his liscense man...

Now... tell me... Women can't drive?? You think Men can meh???

Like my title suggest!! I am HAPPY!!! woohoo!!! hahaha....
For past few weeks haven't been really happy~~ due to the stress of all the deadlines...
Although exams are near, I am worried, I am HAPPY!!!
I really understood why issit that ppl make less and less friends as they get older~
I am thankful with those that I have now.
Well, actually ALOT of things can make me happy. Haha~~
But its really been quite awhile since I actually had this feeling.. So you can imagine how bad my past weeks had been...
But its ok!! For I am now HAPPY!!! ;DDD

UN to stop using traditional Chinese characters

Chinanews, Mar. 24 - The United Nations made a decision that it would use simplified Chinese as the only Chinese characters after 2008. Nowadays the UN accepts two versions of Chinese characters, namely the traditional Chinese and the simplified Chinese.

Mr. Zhou Youguang, a reputed Chinese linguist, (use elbow think oso noe where he is from lah~)points out that the future application of simplified Chinese will justify the simplification of Chinese characters, which has won majority approval throughout the world. At the same time, as China becomes more influential in the globe, a larger number of people will learn Chinese. Under this circumstance, simplified Chinese will gradually become the exclusive standard of Chinese characters.

Regarding the application of simplified Chinese in other regions congregating Chinese people except for the mainland, experts indicate that many schools in Hong Kong have promoted putonghua education. Though the HK Special Administrative Region government has not made a specific policy, the public are paying more attention to putonghua education. In addition, some Taiwanese also use simplified Chinese. (why dun they put in the actual statistics??)

Experts add that based on a survey report of strength of world's major languages in 2005, Chinese language ranked second on the list. To date, China has set up 40 Confucius Institutes abroad to promote Chinese language education among foreigners.

WTH!!!! Ok~~ I am DAMN 不爽 about this for a few reasons....

1) Why issit that the UN (consist of more than 90%?? non chinese) is deciding whether 繁體字 can be used or not???

2) Must ppl really SUCK UP to China to this extent just because its going to become a Superpower!!! 我看不起這些人!!!!!

~~ hmmm~~ I really wonder what how Confucius will feel if he knows about this!! My guess?? Jump up from his tomb?? Already many of his actual words are lost even when we use traditional chinese!! So now only simplified Chinese?? HA!! Fine!! nx time we will have to put 2 chinese characters together to get 1 word!! Just like --> (木亏)/(木兑)???

It may be difficult to read and write... But it looks far better that those simplified characters with just a few strokes loh!! just look at 關 and 关 man!!!! The simplified character is absolutely meaningless loh!!!
Yes!! rite now, I am cursing the damn 五四運動!!!! Liberation?? HA!!! yeah man~ liberation that leads to stupidity, laziness and loss of traditions. Why issit that ppl have to be so obstinated with political conflicts such that traditions have to be sacrificed?
I noe its useless and pointless for me to made comments over such matters... Precisely because it is useless that make me so damn frustrated and pissed off!! AARRGGG!!!
No matter what!!! I am still going to use 繁體字 no matter WHAT. I admit I am still not able to write as well as 簡體字，but I promise I will in near future!!

The dear government of a farawary Peasantland kept emphasizing on the importance of chinese traditions~~ “为了保留我们华人的传统文化，我们应该努力地学习话语” HA!!!!! Yah rite man!!! If they are SO CONCERNED about keeping the Chinese traditions, will the peasants still be using simplified characters in Chinese lessons?? So cut the crap yah?? The whole world noes that the peasants are learning Chinese because of just ONE country... If today, this ONE country decided to pick-up traditional Chinese characters again, you will hardly find a text written in Chinese Simplified characters tomorrow! Oh yes~~~ government of that faraway Peasantland is VERY EFFECTIVE!!! (when it comes to $$$$$ of course)
